Functional Analysis: Evaluate the roles and responsibilities of personnel to promote optimal task allocation for efficient task completion. Provide recommendations for workflow enhancements and, if required, propose potential elimination/realignment of functions.
Staff Rationalization: Assess existing staffing levels in comparison to team obligations to ensure optimal workforce allocation. Offer recommendations to right-size staff including process automation, technology enhancements and third-party utilization.
Staff and Team Oversight: Review oversight model to ensure proper “span and control” is in place for accurate and timely execution and issue identification of all team deliverables (leveraging 22+ years of “best-in-class” staff and team development, execution, and oversight).
